We are looking for friendly, dependable, and punctual Customer Service Associates/Cashiers to join our team at Roadking Esso in Sherwood Park. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, delivering excellent service to daily commuters and local customers while helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, process purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system, and handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Age Verification & Compliance: Check valid identification for age-restricted products, including tobacco and lottery tickets, in accordance with Alberta regulations.
- Store Operations: Restock shelves, coolers, and displays while keeping products organized, well-presented, and properly arranged.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary counter area, sales floor, coffee station, and restrooms.
- Fuel & Forecourt Support: Assist customers with fuel pump questions or issues and monitor the forecourt to help ensure a safe environment.
- Car Wash Operations: Open and close the Roadking Car Wash and perform basic maintenance and upkeep as required.
- Team Support: Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.





The ideal candidate is customer-focused, responsible, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior customer service or cashier experience in a gas station, convenience store, or retail environment is an asset.

Strong basic math skills and comfortable operating cash registers/POS terminals.

Reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival for scheduled shifts.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20–30 lbs when stocking merchandise.

Excellent communication skills, dependability, and a positive team attitude.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Schedule & Availability

Morning shifts (5am - noon) for a minumum of 3 days per week to 5 days per week for full time.
