Lead IT Infrastructure and Security at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering. Drive cybersecurity and digital infrastructure initiatives while working in a agile environment.
As the Manager, IT Infrastructure and Security, you'll report to the Director of Information Technology. Your responsibilities encompass strategic oversight of servers, networks, and cloud platforms alongside implementing cybersecurity initiatives. Collaborating with academic departments, you'll address vulnerabilities and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee digital infrastructure and cybersecurity programs
• Analyze and address security risks and vulnerabilities
• Ensure systems are secure and maintain disaster recovery plans
• Manage relationship with the Chief Information Security Officer
• Support investigations into compromised access controls
Requirements:
• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in information security and infrastructure
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based technologies
• Strong project management and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders
