About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support a busy Construction Management team in Downtown Toronto. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in real estate and construction project administration while supporting a variety of initiatives.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day project administration, managing documentation, and assisting with budgets, contracts, and project tracking.

Responsibilities

- Review and process project documents, including permits, compliance packages, insurance certificates, and close-out materials.
- Maintain organized project files and trackers for budgets, contracts, invoices, and change orders.
- Assist with financial tracking, including budget entries and invoice processing in internal systems.




- Coordinate project communication between contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Support project close-out activities, including gathering as-built drawings, occupancy permits, and reports.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and RFP/RFQ submissions.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Construction, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or administrative project coordination (internships and co-ops welcome).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); knowledge of project or construction software is an asset.
- Interest in building a career in real estate, construction management, or project administration.
