The HVAC Controls Technician position encompasses responsibilities in commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing projects on-site at customer locations. Key Responsibilities:
• Commission and program HVAC control systems in office
• Document point to point verification and close out requirements
• Provide direct customer service and support for equipment
• Coordinate installation and repairs with team leaders
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of HVAC/Controls experience required
• Technical School or formal training preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Familiarity with DDC controls system preferred
