Shape airport operations at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority as a Resource Coordinator. Balance aircraft allocation and enhance operational efficiency while managing team communications.
As a key player in the Resource Management Unit, you'll report to the Manager and day-of Operations Manager. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in Airport or Airline Operations, focusing on efficient aircraft stand allocations, managing delays, and liaising with stakeholders. Your insights will actively contribute to improving Toronto Pearson’s service performance and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise stand and counter allocation plans for operational changes
• Monitor operational updates via the A-CDM platform
• Ensure accurate Flight Information Display Systems




• Assist with Night Flight requests and General Aviation slot reservations
• Provide on-the-job training to new hires
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Airport/Airline Operations
• Robust knowledge of airport processes and industry terminology
• Ability to pass the Resource Coordinator Training Program
• Post-secondary education related to Aviation preferred
• Capability to obtain Transport Security Clearance
