This role involves working on shifts to ensure secure, secure care in a facility for youth. Responsibilities include organizing programs such as Substance Abuse Education, while developing tailored case plans to encourage positive growth. You will also maintain documentation related to youth progress and institutional policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate restorative and educational programs for youth
• Implement tailored case management strategies
• Document daily activities and youth progress reports
• Uphold institutional security and compliance with rules
• Execute counts and conduct necessary searches
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience working with youth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership abilities in crisis situations
• Capacity for discretion in confidential matters
