Role title:

SAP Business Analyst HCP/BTP

Location:

Hybrid if in Ottawa or Toronto - can be remote but preference to hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for SAP HCP/BTP initiatives.

Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation using SAP cloud technologies.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.

Work with SAP architects, developers, and integration teams to support application development, workflow automation, and system integrations.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, UAT sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Support data migration, testing, change management, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience





5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on SAP-related projects.

Solid understanding of SAP HCP/BTP services, integration concepts, and cloud-based application development.

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and process workflows.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration tools such as SAP Integration Suite.

Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, Signavio, or similar.
