Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Consult with hiring managers on staffing strategies
• Conduct orientation sessions and exit interviews




• Support HR policies and conflict resolution efforts
• Maintain accurate employment records and HR documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant diploma or degree
• Minimum of two years of HR experience
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
