- Conduct product demos when necessary to highlight features and benefits to customers
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products and ensuring displays are tidy and appealing
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and keep checkout lines moving smoothly

- Solid communication skills in french; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
