Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Assist customers with product information, including product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are properly tagged and stocked




- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure a seamless checkout process
- Uphold store policies on phone etiquette, customer privacy, and safety protocols during all interactions

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashier experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology tools
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks and conduct product demos confidently
