- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining quality service

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales,



cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail merchandising techniques
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly
- Excellent organizational skills for managing stock displays and maintaining store cleanliness
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Friendly phone etiquette for assisting customers over the phone or online inquiries
