Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases using effective communication skills in English and other languages as needed
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit/debit card payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Provide product demos and explain features to customers interested in technology or merchandise, enhancing their shopping experience
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and offering suitable options to increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products effectively




- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines while maintaining high-quality customer service
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and clear communication

Skills

- Multilingual abilities and bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer groups effectively
- Robust background in retail sales, cashiering, and basic math for accurate transaction processing
- Experience in technology sales, product demos, and technical sales to educate customers on complex products
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product benefits
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service standards
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
