Farooj Abo Alabed is opening a new location in London, Ontario, and we're looking for friendly, reliable, customer-focused Cashiers / Customer Service Team Members.

You'll be one of the first people our guests interact with, so we're looking for people who enjoy helping others, communicate clearly, and can stay positive and organized when things get busy.

What You'll Do

- Welcome guests with a friendly and skilled attitude
- Take customer orders accurately
- Operate the restaurant POS system
- Process cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Answer questions about menu items
- Communicate customer requests accurately to the kitchen
- Double-check orders for accuracy and completeness
- Package orders and assist with order handoff
- Maintain a clean, organized front counter and dining area
- Respond professionally to customer questions or concerns
- Follow cash-handling, cleanliness, and food-safety procedures
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members

- Previous cashier or restaurant experience is an asset
- Experience with POS systems is an asset, but training can be provided

Arabic and other language skills are an asset, particularly when serving a diverse customer base, but are not required.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
