We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative (FEMALE) to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
- Offer technical support or product information, especially for technology sales or related items
- Manage customer complaints or concerns with patience, professionalism, and effective communication skills
- Ensure the checkout area is organized, clean,



and well-stocked at all times
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and basic math calculations for pricing or discounts
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls

Experience

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and transaction processing
- Experience with POS systems or cashiering equipment is advantageous
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos enhances customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is beneficial but not required
