Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical sales to promote featured items and accessories
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability on the sales floor
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about store hours, products, or services




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes and minimal wait times

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience, especially in technology or electronics sales, is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as merchandising, customer assistance, and POS operations simultaneously
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales techniques
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently and engage customers through active listening and tailored recommendations
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
