Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling to meet their needs
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Communicate effectively using phone etiquette and active listening skills to address customer questions or concerns




- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers promptly during busy periods

Qualifications

- Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred, especially with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience in merchandising, product demos, or technical sales adds value to your application
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic math proficiency for accurate transactions and balancing registers
