As a key frontline ambassador, you’ll handle transactions efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a welcoming environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while ensuring smooth and accurate cash handling processes.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner

- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments

- Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end

- Conduct product demos when applicable, highlighting features to encourage upselling and enhance customer engagement

- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are accurately priced and stocked





- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Support sales initiatives through effective communication of promotions and upselling techniques

- Uphold store policies on phone etiquette, time management, and organizational standards to ensure a seamless shopping experience

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred

- Good communication skills in English

- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling accuracy

- Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in cash management and store presentation

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
