Casket Depot is looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Warehouse & Sales Associate to join our Mississauga location.

This is a hands-on, multi-role position combining warehouse organization, cleaning, order preparation, customer service, and sales. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, keeps the workplace clean and organized, and is comfortable assisting customers in our showroom.

Schedule

- 5–6 days per week
- Approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend availability may be required
- Applicants should preferably live in Mississauga or nearby and must be able to commute reliably to 3505 Laird Road, Mississauga

Pay $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

- Keep the warehouse, showroom, and office clean and organized
- Sweep, clean, and maintain the general appearance of the facility
- Organize warehouse inventory and keep products properly arranged
- Prepare products and orders for customer pickup or delivery
- Receive, move, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with general warehouse duties
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Explain products, pricing, and available options
- Help customers select caskets, urns, monuments, and other memorial products
- Assist with sales and customer purchases
- Answer customer questions in a skilled, patient, and respectful manner
- Help with other day-to-day store operations as needed

Requirements
- Fluent spoken English is required due to regular customer interaction and sales responsibilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Hardworking and willing to perform cleaning and warehouse duties




- Organized and able to work independently
- Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
- Patient, respectful, and professional
- Comfortable assisting families during difficult and emotional circumstances
- Able to perform physical warehouse work, including moving and organizing merchandise
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute consistently to our Mississauga location
- Previous warehouse, retail, customer service, or sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person

Who We Are Looking For This is not only a sales position and not only a warehouse position. We are looking for someone who is willing to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the location.

When customers are in the showroom, you will assist them with product selection and sales. When there are no customers, you will be expected to stay productive by organizing inventory, preparing orders, cleaning, and maintaining the warehouse and showroom.
