We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Catering Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our marketing efforts within the catering division. Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to promote catering services across multiple channels including social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Creating social media videos and advertisments for the customers.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Instagram Ads, Google AdWords, and other digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new opportunities for growth within the catering sector.
- Oversee website content management using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are applied to improve search engine rankings and increase online visibility.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, interpret data insights, and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.




- Collaborate with product management teams to develop promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Coordinate email marketing efforts through targeted campaigns that nurture leads and engage existing clients while managing budgets effectively for advertising spend.

Qualifications

- Experience in wedding photography and videography, including capturing key moments, candid interactions, and memorable highlights throughout wedding events.
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in serving and supporting wedding and corporate events, with a strong understanding of event service standards and guest expectations.
- It would be ideal to have access to professional-grade camera equipment and own the necessary tools for both videography and photography.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, social media advertising, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms and experience managing online sales channels.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, WordPress, HTML coding basics, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent research skills to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting campaign results clearly.
- Experience in budgeting for marketing campaigns with an emphasis on ROI optimization.
