and software updatesStrong work ethic with a “do not give up” attitude toward diagnosing and repairing equipment issuesSelf‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionTeam player with strong communication skillsFlexible working hours and available for emergency service calls when possibleMust follow CVOR legislation including Hours of Service and daily vehicle inspectionsAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems independently in the fieldEnsure work is being performed in a protected and efficient manner in accordance with Amico’s health and safety standards/policiesDiagnose onsite the repairs required to ensure maximum uptime/productivity for the Amico Fleet as problems are reported by the field operationsOwn and maintain proper tools required to perform basic repairs and maintenanceAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems independently in the fieldMaintain quality workmanship and to repair the Amico Fleet in a cost‑efficient mannerPrepare accurate service and repair reports in an accurate and timely mannerAccurately update field service work orders in a timely fashion with details of the repairs completedKey QualificationsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in the repair of heavy equipment in the field and or shopPost Secondary education in a field related to heavy equipment mechanics, truck and coach mechanics, diesel engine mechanics or related field.Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and repair various hydraulic, electrical,
