About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Treasury to spearhead the establishment and leadership of its global treasury function. This executive-level role is pivotal in the firm's evolution, with a focus on designing and implementing a global treasury operating model, including governance, controls, and reporting frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a scalable infrastructure to support a multi-entity, multi-currency investment platform, overseeing liquidity planning, capital allocation, and cash optimization. Key tasks also include structuring and executing financing solutions, managing banking relationships, and developing FX and hedging strategies. The role demands a high level of expertise in fund financing and capital structure optimization,



as well as the ability to manage senior stakeholders and external partners.

Applicants for the Head of Treasury position at the company should have a background in alternative asset management, private equity, or credit, with 15-20+ years' of relevant experience in treasury, financing, or capital markets. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a CFA and/or MBA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building or transforming treasury functions and be adept at managing the strategic and operational aspects of a global treasury.
