Your role will make a real difference every day.Assist the Head Maître d'Hôtel in managing the department (hiring, scheduling, work distribution, evaluations, conflict management)Supervise and coordinate all banquet activities to ensure flawless serviceDeliver a guest experience that meets the standards of Groupe Hôtelier Grand ChâteauBe a reference point for floor employees and ensure smooth operationsEnsure compliance with Sheraton brand standards and proceduresCollaborate with other departments to ensure optimal event executionBring your structure, expertise and operational mastery to the team every dayTHIS POSITION IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:You have at least five (5) years of experience in food and beverage, including two (2) years in banquet supervisionYou are bilingual, with a perfect command of both French and English, oral and written — required to serve our international clienteleYou demonstrate natural leadership, strong analytical skills, excellent autonomy and a marked sense of initiativeYou excel at managing priorities and handling unexpected situations effectivelyYou have a good knowledge of room setup typesExperience with Positouch would be an assetThis position is ideal for you if you are motivated by constantly evolving environments, enjoy structuring and applying excellence standards.
