Key Responsibilities: • Install insulation in walls, attics,



and crawl spaces • Set up work areas and ensure cleanliness and safety • Interpret drawings and instructions for efficient project completion • Utilize hand and power tools to customize materials • Conduct straightforward air leak tests as needed

Requirements: • Completed high school education or equivalent • Competent in using both hand tools and ladders • Capacity to work indoors and outdoors under various conditions • Attentive to details and capable of clear communication • Advocate for environmental protection and community sustainability
