SHIFT WORK & COMPRESSED WORKWEEKS REQUIRED; SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS WITH 11-HOUR DAYS.

**MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.

This is a working chef role. Position is located at a remote fly-in mining facility or exploration camp in Northern Saskatchewan.

Compensation: $64,000 - $68,000 per year (based on experience & qualifications), plus benefits and travel expenses.

- You are a Red Seal Chef (preferably, not required).

What you will do:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.
- You will manage food costs and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.

Job Requirements:





- Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
- Jobs require shift work at remote sites - mining facilities & exploration camps.
- Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation cooking skills.
- Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Camp Manager programs.
- Current First responder certificate would be an asset.
- You must be a team leader, who works well with others.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.
- Customer relation skills.
- Valid Driver's license preferred.
