Product Retrospective, and the Scrum of ScrumsMeet with business and technology leads to understand objectives and map out technical and testing requirements based on Strategic roadmaps.Provide end-to-end project management, including building and managing the detailed schedule, managing financials, resource forecasting, identifying early warning indicators, and proposing solutions for issues, among othersIdentification and management of project dependencies; ensuring dependency work is closely tracked and delivered to prevent schedule slippageCollect project performance indicators, build status reports, Management & VP-level presentationsWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have:5+ years of Agile Project Management and/or Senior-level Scrum Master experience which includes both waterfall and agile projectsProficiency in leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.G., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) to enhance productivity and efficiency in daily project tasks.Demonstrate expertise in creating high-impact, visually compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences and business objectivesUndergraduate degree (preferred) - Preferably in Business, Technology, or Financial ServicesProject/Agile/Scrum certifications (e.G. PMP, CSM, PSM, and/or SAFe)Strong communication skills with experience presenting to Senior Directors, VPs, and aboveProven ability to manage projects with third‐party vendors and significant technology componentsAdvanced knowledge of the change, issue, dependency and risk managementNice-to-have:Familiarity with the AISDLC frameworkProject Management experience within a financial institution managing technical implementation projects related to GenAI and/or Mobile App deliveryWorking background/experience with segments of RBC (either business or IT)
