Job Description: The Nurse Practitioner at the Duck Lake Primary Health site provides primary health care to children, youth and adults in the communities of Duck Lake, Beardys First Nation, Wakaw, Rosthern and Cudworth. This is a general practice where a wide range of health care needs are met, including women's health, children's health, mental health support as well as community development.

- Experience:



Three (3) years full-time experience as a Registered Nurse

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

- Licenses: Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Other Education and Training: Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C)

- Knowledge and Abilities: Demonstrates capacity to plan, implement and evaluate multiple assessments
