As a Powerline Technician reporting to the Field Supervisor, you will engage in a variety of tasks related to the oversight of overhead and underground systems. This position requires effective leadership and communication skills to manage crew members effectively. Your safety-first approach is essential in this physically demanding role that includes both live line work and CO₂ blast cleaning of high-voltage equipment.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on systems up to 6 kV • Erect power poles and related infrastructure safely • Conduct daily planning and crew meetings • Utilize equipment like bucket trucks for various tasks • Provide mentorship to apprentice technicians

Requirements: • Journeyperson certification (Red Seal required) • Clean Ontario Driver's License (AZ or DZ preferred) • Proficient in safety rules and compliance standards • Robust mechanical and electrical skills • Ability to handle physical demands of the job
