Become a Senior Advisor at National Bank specializing in Financial Crime Model Validation.

Your role focuses on assessing models to ensure compliance and effectiveness in managing financial risk. In this pivotal position on the Model Risk Management team, you will conduct independent validation of financial crime models such as monitoring and due diligence models. Your analytical expertise will provide critical challenges and validations, reinforcing the bank's risk management framework.

You will also engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure robust model governance and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and assess financial crime models independently
- Analyze and challenge model assumptions and performance




- Provide transparent validation opinions and recommendations
- Drive evolution in risk management policies and standards
- Collaborate with external consultants for validation support Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in model validation or quantitative research
- Strong knowledge of financial crime regulations
- Expertise in analytical tools and machine learning
