FULL TIME: Director & Engineer of AI Platforms/Agentic

Location - Hybrid/Toronto , ON

Requirement Notes (Candidate below) : We are seeking a Director of AI Platforms to establish the technical direction for an enterprise Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) platform and AI harness supporting development across a large banking setting. This is a Principal/Staff-level technical leadership position for an engineer and AI architect who has designed, built, and shipped production agentic systems and can operate deeply at the model and platform layers while guiding a team of engineers. The ideal candidate combines advanced expertise in agent orchestration, context engineering, LLM evaluation, model selection, and AI platform architecture with strong software engineering and enterprise integration skills.

The successful candidate will be equally comfortable defining strategy, making architecture decisions,



writing or reviewing production code, and working directly against mature, live enterprise codebases.

- How many years working with: Technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy for the enterprise Agentic SDLC platform and AI harness.
- How many years working with: Establish approaches for RAG, embeddings, vector databases, chunking, retrieval optimization, context-window management, and grounding.
- How many years working with: Understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, RAG, context engineering, evaluation, and model-layer optimization.
- How many years working with: Designing and shipping production agentic AI systems.
