Scope and Responsibilities

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is accountable for the overall commercial performance and global growth strategy of the company and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the President and liaising with the strategic peer group of the CFO and COO, the CCO will lead all sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnership functions to drive sustainable revenue growth, improve margins, and optimize client value across diverse markets and sectors.

Specific Responsibilities

This is a critical role in the company’s continued success and growth. The role is accountable for the following:

•Lead and implement the commercial strategy across all subsidiaries and global markets;

•Drive group-wide revenue growth through new market penetration, customer acquisition, and M&A; integration;

•Oversee global sales, pricing strategy, key accounts, and business development teams;

•Build and lead a high-performance commercial team dedicated to driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives across the group’s comprehensive portfolio of products and services;

•Strategically prioritize key global regions,



ensuring alignment with regional business practices and cultural nuances to enhance commercial effectiveness, customer engagement, and ease of doing business across diverse markets;

•Establish KPIs to measure sales performance, customer retention, and revenue targets;

•Collaborate with the President, CFO, COO, and subsidiary leaders to align commercial objectives with operational goals;

•Build and maintain high-value customer and government relationships across sectors;

•Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and industry analysis to inform strategic direction;

•Lead commercial due diligence, negotiation, and integration of new acquisitions;

•Develop annual revenue forecasts and contribute to board-level financial planning; and,

•Represent the organization at global industry events, trade shows, and strategic forums.

Education

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; and,

•MBA or equivalent advanced degree would be preferred.

Experience

•15 years progressive leadership experience in aerospace, aviation services, or other capital-intensive equipment sectors (construction, mining, agriculture, manufacturing, oil and gas services etc.);

•Demonstrated success in commercial leadership roles managing >$150M revenue portfolios;

•Proven record of international business development and strategic partnership execution;

•Experience overseeing multi-regional commercial operations,



particularly in North America, Africa, and the Middle East;

•Strong familiarity with aviation aftermarket services, leasing, and global customer support is preferred;

•Demonstrated, hands-on track record of personally and frequently engaging customers to build relationships — not solely a delegator of account management; and,

•Experience across the full customer spectrum, including tier 2/3 operators and emerging-market accounts, not exclusively OEM or tier-1 relationships.

•High sense of urgency and personal accountability for driving pipeline movement, forecast accuracy, and revenue outcomes;

•Genuine willingness to immerse in the technical, operational, and industry-specific details of each subsidiary's business, and to coordinate closely with SMEs.

•A professional with a low ego, positive attitude and unparalleled work ethic; and,

•Excited to travel globally.
