We are a growing, niche, premium fashion retailer redefining kidswear in Canada. As part of North Brands Group, we operate four boutique locations under the NorthBoys and NorthGirls banners — with continued expansion ahead.

We specialize in curated designer formalwear, elevated casualwear, and accessories for newborn to size 16, with a strong focus on styling and client relationships. We are an authorized kids retailer of brands such as Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Psycho Bunny, Emporio Armani, Lacoste and Michael Kors.

This is not volume retail — this is consultative selling and personal styling.

The Role

As a Fashion Sales Associate , you will deliver an elevated client experience while contributing to sales performance and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Styling

- Build complete outfits and recommend add-ons
- Develop robust,



lasting client relationships
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Drive average transaction value and units per sale
- Stay informed on product knowledge, fit, and trends

Store Presentation

- Support visual merchandising and floor standards

Operations

- Assist with inventory accuracy and receiving
- Support daily store processes and organization

Supervisor Responsibilities (when applicable):

- Lead the sales floor during key hours or in management’s absence
- Coach team members to improve performance
- Support scheduling, task delegation, and execution
- Assist in purchasing.

Who You Are

- Passionate about fashion and styling
- Confident, outgoing, and client-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of presentation
- Previous retail leadership or keyholder experience preferred
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
