MissionWithin the sales department, the Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client accounts in the motorsports sector. He or she acts as a strategic partner to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) by supporting projects throughout the product development cycle, from identifying needs through to production launch. This role requires an understanding of the specific realities facing OEMs, particularly their product development, proposal, validation, and launch processes.The position combines client account management, business development, and technical collaboration in a manufacturing environment.Mission :Drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and proposing solutions tailored to market needs.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Manage and develop a portfolio of client accountsIdentify and develop business opportunities with existing and potential clientsPromote the company's services and product solutionsDevelop and maintain solid, lasting, and profitable business relationshipsEnsure client satisfaction and follow up on projectsCollaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, operations)Contribute to the development of growth plans and strategies for your client portfolioUse sales tools (e.G., CRM/Salesforce) to track activitiesProduce sales and activity reports for managementMonitor the market and client needsParticipate in the continuous improvement of sales practicesThe position requires mobility and availability to travel regularly, primarily to the United States.
