Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate virtual financial health checks and member consultations
• Manage member inquiries via phone and email efficiently
• Engage members in lending processes and insurance coverage options
• Conduct trades and onboarding for new wealth members
• Backup for day-to-day banking inquiries and support
Requirements:
• Three years’ experience in a financial advisory capacity
• Experience in multi-channel contact centers preferred
• Proficient in lending underwriting processes
• Licensed to sell mutual funds preferred
• Robust active listening and communication skills
