We are currently seeking a dedicated, organized, and passionate Childcare Centre Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our licensed daycare facility in New Brunswick.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education while supporting and guiding a team of educators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center
- Ensure compliance with New Brunswick licensing regulations and policies
- Support, mentor, and supervise educators and staff
- Maintain strong communication with families
- Manage staffing schedules and coverage
- Handle administrative duties
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

- Early Childhood Education certification (required)
- Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred)
- Knowledge and interest in Forest School skills
- Strong knowledge of NB childcare regulations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills




- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Clear Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check
- Clear Social Development Check
