Director, you will collaborate closely with the Center Director to manage the center's daily functions. You will play a critical role in staff supervision, enrollment activities, and maintaining adherence to licensing regulations. This role suits experienced educators eager for career advancement in childcare leadership. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and compliance with licensing
- Coach and mentor staff to enhance teaching quality
- Engage with parents and support enrollment initiatives
- Support curriculum implementation to foster executive function skills
- Ensure safety and well-being of children in the academy Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in early learning settings
- Previous leadership experience is an asset
