About the Role

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face our patients see first and the support system that keeps our clinic running smoothly. You’ll work alongside our Chiropractor and Acupuncturist to create a calm, caring setting where patients feel appreciated and empowered on their wellness journey.

What You'll Be Doing

- Greet patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Assist with patient check-ins and check out & prepare treatment rooms
- Support chiropractors during exams and treatments
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
- Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness guidance
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate care
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and help with insurance claims
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
- Direct billing insurance companies for treatments
- Deliver top-tier customer service that makes every patient feel valued and loved

What You Bring





- At least 2 years of customer service experience (any industry!)
- A friendly, outgoing personality that thrives in a team environment
- A passion for helping others achieve their health goals
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills — the ability to handle busy moments without losing your smile
- Tech-savvy mindset with comfort using online booking and billing software (experience with insurance and WSIB is a plus, but not required)
- Experience using Jane CRM a bonus
- Experience direct billing insurance for services would be an asset
- No healthcare experience? No problem. If you're the right personality fit, we’re happy to train the rest!
