REP Physio is a locally owned, established multidisciplinary clinic with three locations in south Edmonton. We're looking for an evidence-informed Chiropractor to join our Riverbend team and help us continue to expand our approach to musculoskeletal, rehabilitation and performance care.

We're looking for someone who values evidence-informed care, movement, exercise, education and progressive rehabilitation and who genuinely enjoys collaborating with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.

You'll work alongside Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, an Acupuncturist, a Psychologist, a Dietitian and other health professionals in an environment where collaboration is encouraged and professional autonomy is respected. Who We're Looking For The right chiropractor for REP will be someone who:

- Practices evidence-informed,



patient-centred care
- Has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and/or sports-related conditions
- Uses manual therapy, manipulation, exercise and other evidence-informed approaches based on individual patient needs
- Incorporates movement and progressive rehabilitation where appropriate
- Values patient education and shared decision-making
- Individualizes treatment plans based on each patient's presentation, goals and progress
- Enjoys collaborating with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
- Is comfortable utilizing a fully equipped rehabilitation gym
- Values quality of care and strong clinical outcomes
- Is interested in developing referral relationships within the clinic and community
- Is motivated to build and grow a successful practice within REP

Experience is an asset, but clinical philosophy, personality and fit with our team matter enormously to us. An established caseload is not required. However, we would be particularly interested in speaking with an experienced chiropractor who has developed an existing patient following and is looking for the right environment in which to continue growing their practice.

An established caseload or existing patient following would be a significant asset and would be reflected in the compensation structure.

Flexible Practice & Compensation Options

We recognize that the right opportunity may look different depending on where you are in your career and the practice you've already built.

We're open to discussing

- Employee or independent contractor arrangements
- Part-time or full-time
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week, with flexibility
- Daytime and/or evening availability
- Opportunities to expand hours as your caseload develops
- A compensation structure that reflects experience, caseload and practice arrangement

Estimated annual compensation: $70,000–$175,000+, depending on schedule, caseload and practice arrangement. For an established chiropractor bringing an existing patient following, we're prepared to structure an attractive compensation arrangement that recognizes the value of the practice you've already built.

Qualifications

- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution
- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body in Alberta, or eligible for registration
- Professional liability insurance as required
- Commitment to evidence-informed, ethical and patient-centred care
