ROLE SUMMARY:

We are recruiting for a Circuit Board Solder who will be responsible for the soldering and inspection of printed circuit boards in our fast paced and quality-oriented manufacturing facility. This position will work in our inspection department.

Positions Available (1): AFTERNOON SHIFT FROM 3:30 TO MIDNIGHT - MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Starting wage is $19.00 (the afternoon shift has an hoourly shift premium on $1.50 added to the starting wage)

What we are looking for:

- High School Diploma
- Must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Preferred related work experience in electronic assembly, soldering and component integration
- Soldering experience with SMT and/or Through Hole components would be preferred
- Ability to work within a group or individually when called upon




- Comfort with computer based and computer-controlled systems
- English language skills, both spoken and reading is required

Responsibilities:

- Solder and manually assemble electronic components onto circuit boards requiring fine hand assembly as per work instructions
- Component preparation (forming), placement or installation
- Ability to hand solder, de-solder and identify solder bridging
- Perform visual inspection and rework of assemblies as per IPC 610 workmanship standards and customer specific requirements
- Perform daily duties as per work instructions and/or Supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation on day-to-day, job-to-job basis
