You'll prepare essential planning documents, mentor junior staff, and actively contribute to city-building initiatives in a team-focused environment. Your input will guide policies on housing, urban design, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process complex development applications
- Prepare bylaws and planning reports for Council
- Support policy and guideline development
- Negotiate community amenities and development agreements
- Present findings to advisory committees and councils Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning or equivalent experience
- Membership or eligibility with the Canadian Institute of Planners
- Experience with complex development applications
- Strong collaborative and negotiation skills
