- Develop policies for building management and compliance
- Manage and evaluate service contracts for facility upkeep
- Prioritize safety and risk management in facility operations
- Liaise with community stakeholders for successful project completion Five years’ experience in facility management
- Degree in related fields such as Engineering or Recreation
- Certifications such as CAT or CPO are assets
