This initiative is aimed at Civil Engineers with strong field and construction experience who are interested in being considered for upcoming positions in different locations and project environments throughout Canada.

Summary
We are looking for Civil Engineers with strong on-site and field experience who are interested in joining our network of professionals for future opportunities across Canada.
Depending on the specific opportunity, the Civil Engineer may support construction management activities, coordinate field operations, monitor construction progress, and work closely with project, survey, quality, safety, and construction teams.
Main Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
- Monitor production, schedules, and progress of works.
- Coordinate with survey, quality, safety, and construction teams.
- Review and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
- Track quantities, measurements, and construction progress.
- Provide technical support to Project Managers and Site Superintendents.
- Support field operations and assist in resolving construction-related issues.
- Coordinate different teams involved in project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in civil construction projects.
- Strong on-site and field-oriented background.
- Experience coordinating construction activities and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to review and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for on-site work.
- Flexibility to work in different locations depending on project requirements.
- English level: B2 minimum; C1 preferred.
- Candidates must be based in Canada and have the appropriate authorization to work in the country.
Working Conditions
- Working conditions will depend on the specific opportunity and project.
- Positions may be available in different locations across Canada.
- Standard schedules may be Monday to Friday – 10 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch break.
- Depending on project requirements, schedules may include day or night shifts, weekends, or extended hours.
