- 6–8+ years in telecom, civil, or structural drafting/design.
- Experience creating telecom construction drawing packages.
- Robust experience with 5G upgrades, rooftop sites, towers, tower modifications, and telecom infrastructure.
- Experience with foundation details, structural reinforcement, site layouts, and installation drawings.
- Experience preparing IFC/construction/installation packages for field teams.
- Strong AutoCAD/CAD drafting experience; telecom-specific design tools are a plus.
- Experience reviewing markups, revisions, redlines, QA/QC, and drawing packages.
- Ability to work with engineers, PMs, field teams, and clients.
- OIQ registration or eligibility — this is important because the requirement explicitly calls for Professional Engineering designation/eligibility.
- Fluent French, both written and verbal — this should be treated as mandatory.
