Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 3 Truck Driver to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with deck work, including loading, securing, and transporting various types of freight/equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Class 3 tilt deck trucks to transport heavy equipment, vehicles, and specialized loads.
- Load and secure freight following safety regulations and best practices.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in top working condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Adhere to all provincial and federal transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery documentation.
- Safely operate within city and rural environments under various road and weather conditions.

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with deck work,



including experience with tilt decks, load securement, and hauling heavy or oversized equipment.
- Strong knowledge of load securement procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to operate equipment such as chains, straps, and winches confidently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and securing loads.
- Strong work ethic with a customer-focused attitude.
