IEM is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the second shift, responsible for overseeing daily operations. You will manage Team Leads and Operators, ensuring adherence to schedules while fostering a safety-first culture. This role calls for leadership skills combined with your operational expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily production activities to exceed efficiency targets
• Supervise and coach Team Leads and Operators effectively
• Ensure compliance with build schedules and escalate risks




• Monitor key performance metrics and lead management meetings
• Partner with other departments for work center readiness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Operations Management or related field
• 3+ years in manufacturing, 1+ year in a leadership role
• Familiarity with takt time and visual management
• Proficient with ERP and production tools
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
