Join NCR Voyix as a Distribution Centre Technical Specialist, located in Calgary, Alberta. This role is key for providing on-site support for operational systems from 8pm to 6am, Friday through Monday.
As a specialist, your primary focus will be on the administration of the Warehouse Management System alongside technical support for devices and workstations. Your duties will also include assisting with upgrades and evaluating new technologies in logistics, ensuring smooth operations in the distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and sort custom labels daily
• Support system upgrades and vendor management systems
• Evaluate and test recent software and hardware solutions
• Offer L1 and L2 support to tech support teams
• Develop documentation for operational processes
Requirements:
• College diploma or relevant certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
• Ability to work night shifts
• Capability to travel between DC locations
• Familiarity with logistics technology advantageous
