Join the Canadian Mental Health Association as a Case Management DBT Facilitator, delivering impactful mental health services across multiple regions. This full time role focuses on individual and group interventions to support participants in distress.
In this essential role, you will facilitate the Intensive Skills Program and the Life Worth Living Program, primarily delivering services through virtual platforms and in-person engagements. Focus on assessing participant readiness and providing education to enhance their coping skills and emotional resilience. Continuous support and documentation will be crucial to the individuals' success in the programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process referrals and manage waitlists effectively
• Administer, score, and interpret program evaluations
• Co-facilitate therapeutic DBT skills groups
• Conduct ongoing risk and safety assessments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation for assessments
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field
• Active registration with an Ontario regulatory body
• A minimum of three years clinical experience
• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• Valid driver’s license for client transportation
