X Freight Group Inc. is looking for reliable, professional City drivers in Calgary AB.

Be home most nights, with consistent local work 8-10 hours per day.

This role is for flatbed work.

No tarping is required.

Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and professionally
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries on time
- Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and Hours of Service records
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and the tracking team regarding pickup, delivery and route updates
- Secure and protect freight throughout transportation
- Complete required paperwork and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Report delays, mechanical concerns or service issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and professional truck




- Represent X Freight professionally when dealing with customers, warehouses and receiving facilities
- Follow all company policies and applicable transportation and safety regulations

Requirements
- Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
- English proficiency
- Acceptable driver's abstract
- Experience with open deck freight, including strapping and tarping.
- Strong understanding of Hours of Service regulations
- Comfortable using electronic logging devices (ELDs)
- Able to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Able to work independently while maintaining regular communication with dispatch
- Professional attitude when dealing with customers and facilities
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and proficient with English

Pay: $30.00 per hour
