Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs, and ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all tasks
- Manage waste disposal efficiently by emptying bins and recycling materials regularly
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stock levels are low
- Support additional facilities maintenance activities as needed to uphold the overall condition of the premises
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning environments with a keen eye for detail
- Strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices and safety protocols
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues promptly
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning duties including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
