B-Legacy Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner for a part-time position. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in building common areas and requires consistency, attention to detail, and physical capability. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. Location: Winnipeg, MB.

Schedule: Monday & Thursday

Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week

Pay: $17 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Duties

- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly following company procedures
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working setting




- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to cleaning standards and safety regulations

Skills

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
