The hourly wage rate for this position is $17.60. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation.

Responsibilities:

- Sign for, record, and direct all incoming Canada Post and courier deliveries
- Deliver, slot, pick up and sort all incoming and outgoing mail
- Process internal and external mass mailings
- Receive incoming couriers and notify intended recipient(s) as soon as possible




- Maintain accurate records of urgent business mail delivery
- Ensure all lookups mail is processed, counted, and logged
- Notify individual staff by e-mail or telephone of larger boxes and deliveries
- Cover staff on vacation or absence.
- Other duties as required

Skills/Qualifications:

- Completion of secondary school and basic math skills
- 6 months prior experience in customer service/office services/mailroom
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
- Knowledge and experience using postage metering machine and courier processing online as an asset
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Readily available to work
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
